Prepare to rewind the clocks, dust off your DVD players, and deck the halls with laughs, love, and unexpected moments as the beloved rom-com, "The Holiday," brings its heartwarming charm back to the big screen on December 11th in celebration of two decades since its release. Get ready to rekindle the love for Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, and Jack Black once again.

The plot, a classic tale of love found in unexpected places, focuses on two women - Iris (Winslet) and Amanda (Diaz). Iris is hopelessly in love with a soon-to-be groomed man, whereas Amanda realizes she's been dealt the wrong deck with an unfaithful partner. Living six thousand miles apart and never having met, they end up encountering similar hurdles, leading them to an online home exchange website. On a bizarre whim, they swap houses for the holiday season!

Before you can say Santa's sleigh, the British Iris finds herself in Amanda's sunny Los Angeles abode, and Amanda lands in a winter wonderland in the English countryside. Almost as quickly, they stumble upon something neither of them imagined - new romances. Iris gets enamored by Amanda's charming brother Graham (Law), and Amanda, with sage advice from legendary screenwriter Arthur (Eli Wallach), learns to mend her heart with the help of film composer Miles (Black).

Originally released in 2006, "The Holiday" bunked up in the hearts of film-goers, raking in a cool $200 million globally, courtesy of the film's writer and director, Nancy Meyers. The bubbly, festive fandom has stayed true to the movie ever since, helping it become a staple of Christmas and rom-com loving audiences alike. The film is a joyful production of Columbia Pictures and Universal Pictures in association with Relativity Media and Waverly Films Production.
