The studios are pulling off an international re-release starting March 12 in a move that'll allow fans to refresh their memory of the original film one week before the highly-anticipated sequel, "Dhurandhar The Revenge" premieres on March 19.
The global return of the flick is about to make waves across roughly 500 screens worldwide. Audiences in India will get a head start with 250 locations airing the legend from March 12. Atypical for Hindi-language films, this international re-release underscores the appetite worldwide for the "Dhurandhar" franchise. North America is gearing up to host the movie on 185 screens, indicative of the excitement brewing ahead of the sequel release.

"Dhurandhar" is a two-part narrative revolving around a decade-long Indian intelligence operation, where an undercover agent dabbles in the racy spheres of Karachi's political and criminal warfare. The cliffhanger of the first part sets the stage for the sequel, building anticipation for fans.
